Round bump very high

Reported via mobile in the Potholes / Highway Condition category anonymously at 18:57, Sunday 1 September 2024

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6423531.

I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent complaint I made about road conditions in our area. While I appreciate that the pothole has been addressed, I must highlight that the actual issue persists. The road still has a significant round bump that is quite high, which can touch the underside of vehicles. Additionally, during rainy weather, the road becomes slippery, causing tires to slide dangerously close to parked cars.

This situation poses a serious risk to drivers and pedestrians alike. I kindly request that when maintenance teams are sent out, they ensure a thorough and proper fix, rather than just placing a layer of rocks or a temporary patch.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope for a prompt and more permanent solution to ensure the safety of all road users.

Sincerely
