Determination of walkway and railings

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6426382.

The footpath steps and wooden railings have fallen into a dangerous state between Scott close and the black path The hand rails give way in places where the wood is rotten and the steps have become cracked and raised in places and the wooden fronts have rotted away
