Investigation: Ongoing (Reported to a third party) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner. In accordance with the WNC Network Management Plan, we will contact the landowner and request they cut back their vegetation within 14 days of receipt of our correspondence. We will reinspect the vegetation to ensure they have complied.

Investigation: Completed (No Action Necessary) - As part of our ongoing work to ensure our records are accurate and up to date, we are carrying out a system cleansing programme which includes reviewing historic FMS reports from 2022, 2023 and 2024.
We believe the concerns recorded in this report have either been resolved or are no longer current, and so this case will now be closed.
