Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6431359.
On the approach to Gt Oxendon from Mkt Harborough about 50 metres before the Church there is quite a large hump / bulge in the centre of the carriageway , it measures approximately 80cm in diameter x 9cm in height and is domed in shape. I was unfortunate to hit this hump in the centre of road whilst riding my motorcycle which then sent me across to the opposite side of the road, luckily there was no oncoming traffic otherwise I might not be sending this report. As can be seen in the photo's it appears that I am not the only road user to have found this defect in the road surface as gouges can be seen in the surface.
