Bushes are impeding onto the path causing a safety hazzard
Reported via desktop in the Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging category anonymously at 07:10, Wednesday 4 September 2024
Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6433544.
The landscaping outside KFC has created a blind bend on the roundabout. It is not safe for pedestrians and cyclists to use as there is not enough path available and the view of what is around the corner is blocked.

Investigation: Ongoing (Reported to a third party) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner. In accordance with the WNC Network Management Plan, we will contact the landowner and request they cut back their vegetation within 14 days of receipt of our correspondence. We will reinspect the vegetation to ensure they have complied.

No work has been completed - Is this because you are not following up with KFC or are they just not getting the work completed?
