Increased fly tipping, dog poo bags and nappy sacks being dumped and opened up by wildlife. The full lenth of the path needs attention, this includes clearing the path as the vegetation makes it very slippy. The condition and maintenance of this path and area had declined making it unsafe at times to walk as well as a health and safty hazard when you have to clear human waist and nappy sacks to stop your dog eating it.
