Damaged footpath, uneven surface causing issues to pedestrians with mobility 3

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6436085.

The surface has been damaged since February 2024 at least, my 91 year old father suffered a broken hip in 2023 is now scared to walk on this surface. Other areas of the footpath were recently repaired ,some of which were smaller than this one.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 13 days.
