Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6438501.

The new school in Moulton opened 2 days ago and now we have traffic on park view that is double parking. Turning round in the road and due to the traffic at standstill a big rise in pollution due to cars being stuck in tailbacks . The estate we live on now is un accessible now due to the traffic which is on both lanes . How would a emergency vehicle access our estate during a emergency as there is no where for the traffic to go .
