Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6439447.

Building rubbish has been left here in relation to No. 51. It looks an absolute mess, has damaged the grass area as it’s now full of weeds! The front of the garage is no better either. This has gone on for about 12 months
