Constant dumping of rubbish
Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6443387.
A double bed was dumped outside of the flats numbered 31 to 38 Crowthorp Road, (Video footage available) two weeks ago, since then more and more rubbish has been added and now there is quite a pile, i was told by the dumpers that it had been reported and is to be collected, obviously not!! this is a constant problem and needs monitoring.
