Located on the Kettering Road on the corner of Hood street near the entrance to the Racecourse carpark and Voi scooter rack. This Smart Move Northamptonshire display post has been subjected to a graffiti attack and makes the area look unsightly and neglected. Please arrange for appropriate authority to make clean. This sign post seems to be disused— does it need to be here? Voi have stated this equipment does not belong to them.
