Severe flytipping problem and public health issue!

This has been going on for months but nothing gets fixed so much rubbish dumped none of the bins ever get emptied and rubbish from charity shops constantly dumped human poo on the floor. There is so many flies and maggots to the point people are avoiding the alleyway it is a massive health hazard! We are residents and we are having to bag up our rubbish and take to the tip because we have no where to put it! This really needs sorting not just cleaning it will always be an issue and cctv and signage need installing this is having a knock on affect with the shops and people who live here it’s horrible, it’s like Daventrys second tip! Please read and please sort this is the centre of town !!!
