Rubbish bags dumped on gated lane
Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6451174.
Someone has dumped a load of rubbish bags, tyres, and other rubbish at the pull off area on the gated lane between Norton and the A5. Both sides on the road are effected with some items tossed into the shrubbery, and my not be overly clear on the attached photographs.
