We were sent the below from a resident this morning please could you assist

Good morning, I need to report an issue with Ward Road where it joins with Nigel Court.

Nigel Court, Ward Road, Buckingham Road Ind Estate, Brackley, Northants, NN13 7LF

The sections of broken kerb were protruding upwards of 100mm when I came into work this morning.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 13 days.
