This is at 1-3 Hester Street, empty property. Broken fence with nails sticking out flapping in the wind into pavement and hitting parked vehicles including ours. Really dangerous to pedestrians. We alerted James Anthony estate agents in August but they've done nothing. Today the whole fence is flapping so we pushed it as far as we could back onto property. Still likely to fly back out
