Two gullies full, one NOT on your database!

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6465011.
These gullies have been full for years, made worse by the general break up of the road surface.
The one into the Mercedes area appears to be adopted highway, but the gully isn’t on your database

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the flooding has been assessed and requires a Priority 4 response. We will schedule drainage investigation work to be completed within 26 weeks. When the investigation has been completed, we will inform you of our findings and course of action. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 is 38 days.
