Good morning with reference to 6463608

You say there is no issues. We have had two top window screens smashed on our double deckers. So if there is no issue who do I send the bill to for the damage to our buses and also if a child is injured I will produce your reply from the last message to the parents and police.

  • Investigation: Ongoing (Reported to a third party) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner. In accordance with the WNC Network Management Plan, we will contact the landowner and request they cut back their vegetation within 14 days of receipt of our correspondence. We will reinspect the vegetation to ensure they have complied.
