Clothes piled up oursude whitehills post office

This is an ongoing problem. People are dumping unwrapped clothes outside the post office, whitehills. It looks an absolute tip. Many months ago I asked Councillor Aziz to monitor it but he's obviously forgotten. I did take two photos but ones disappeared. Sadly that was the better photo to show the issue. That clothing bank needs to go. Its ridiculous. Thank you.
