  • 01/12/24 - Another 4 weeks and still not resolved! This footpath is unsafe for wheelchair and mobility-scooter users. It is also hazardous for pedestrians, especially after dark. The overgrown bushes, brambles and nettles have still not been cut back, and now there is also fly-tipping (a black refuse bag in the undergrowth.) The Council gives other landowners only 14 days to comply so why is this taking so many months for the Council to comply with its own rules and to make this footpath safe to use?
