Dog bins need replacing

Two council provided dog bins seriously in need of replacement. They are rusted and damaged. One is located on main Charlton road towards Banbury by footpath. The other on Croughton road near industrial units Can you confirm these can be replaced please. Thank you.

    The dog waste bin is extremely rusty and it's only a matter of time before the rust gives way and dog waste is spilled over the ground. This is positioned at the end of a pedestrian walk way and needs your urgent attention please . The Parish Council pay for the waste to be be collected, all we ask is that you replace the old and rusty bins. Thank you
