Hi, I was wondering if there are any updates on this case in terms of making contact with the land owner to request that they tidy the area up. As a parish councillor in the village we have managed to find the contact details for the plot owner (the field was sold off for building and some of the plot owners do not live in the UK). The land now has a protection order on it so can't be built on so this is probably why the owners are not so keen to keep it tidy. If you contact me I can pass on the contact details.
