Commercial bins permanently on street

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6480735.

These two commercial bins never move. They are permanently left out on the street at this location and are never placed back into the service alley after bin collection.

  • Advised that this issue has been passed to Highways as it comes under their jurisdiction as the bins are on the road. Nothing has been done so far

  • This is happening more and more frequently now , I’ve been staying at 213-215 Wellingborough road Northampton NN1 4EF for four/five months now . This is the first time I’ve reported an issue but this is the second drain on the footpath positioned straight outside the entrance to the building I’m staying in and directly behind a very busy bus stop Their was a similar issue the other month which was temporarily resolved but it’s now recurred it’s very dangerous as it’s a metal slatted drain running directly through the middle of the pavement right outside entrances to buildings and a bus stop I’ve seen and have myself personally tread on this drain with it nearly flipping over or flipping up once stepped on
