Pothole needs to be fixed - damaging front door and window

When it starts raining and stones go into the pothole, people drive over it and the stones hit the front door and windows at 56 main street Northampton nn6 7tx, causing them to have a chipped window.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 38 days.
