Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6493384.
Vehicle Collision Near miss, the hedges along the north west side of Oak Road are so overgrown. Its blocking the vision splay from anyone who is exiting Chestneut Drive on to Oak Road. Hedges need reducing in height and depth of hedge needs bring back to the back edge of footpath. (Private land and Highways)

Investigation: Ongoing (Reported to a third party) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner. In accordance with the WNC Network Management Plan, we will contact the landowner and request they cut back their vegetation within 14 days of receipt of our correspondence. We will reinspect the vegetation to ensure they have complied.
