Sunken tarmac danger if pedestrian falls trips

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6498061.

Since water metre was fitted this yr tarmac sunk in hot weather anglian water came out left no details said not their doing drain cover in tact but tarmac is sunken and a danger to public pathway we have had to leave cone there all summer! Someone needs to sort this before there is a oerson injured.
