Drains need clearing urgently - road flooded for a section by St Andrew so very unsafe. Nobody is answering your emergency helpline number unfortunately

  • Investigation: Ongoing - Thank you for your enquiry. West Northants received approximately 140mm of rain over a short period of time, resulting in severe flash flooding in many areas. The heavy rainfall had the ability to overwhelm the surface water drainage system. If your report is a repeat flooding incident, please could update this enquiry with further information, so that we can investigate. If this is not a repeat incident, we will close the enquiry after 7 days and the highways team will continue to monitor the location
