Blocked drain

We reported this problem in May 2024. The leaves from the Allotment and overgrowing Ivy etc along with mud being displaced by turning vehicles using the path causes the drain to block. This is the number 5908384. Only the mud covering the drain was removed, the bare minimum, and the drain was visible. My husband and I have over the last few months have tried to remove as much vegetation and mud as possible but we are 69 and shouldn't have to. We will now have to pay to have our block paving re levelled. We would appreicate if it could be looked at on a regular basis and /or a larger turn around point made. Thanks
