Caller called again This issue has not been resolved and the drain has not been cleared Everywhere is still flooded and it is a big worry that house may be flooded again Please jet this drain asap House is a Grade 2 Listed Building

Investigation: Ongoing - Thank you for your enquiry. West Northants received approximately 140mm of rain over a short period of time, resulting in severe flash flooding in many areas. The heavy rainfall had the ability to overwhelm the surface water drainage system. If your report is a repeat flooding incident, please could update this enquiry with further information, so that we can investigate. If this is not a repeat incident, we will close the enquiry after 7 days and the highways team will continue to monitor the location

Drain is still blocked, so property at no 1 Daventry Rd vulnerable to a second flood in the event of further heavy rainfall. Please arrange for drain to be cleared of debris.

A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location, and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, this defect does not meet the investigatory levels for a repair. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the flooding has been assessed and requires a Priority 3 response. We will schedule drainage investigation work to be completed within 28 days. When the investigation has been completed, we will inform you of our findings and course of action. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 is 13 days.

The gully appears not to have been cleared as it is now blocked again and a large puddle has formed outside the the nearest property. The householder has had to clear the surface water away to avoid the property being flooded another time. Please attend as soon as possible.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Ongoing - Thank you for your enquiry. We attended this site on the 10th Jan, and have been advised that Traffic Management is needed for this job to be completed safely. so once this has been arranged, we will go back to complete the job.
