Drains in front of 7 Rose Hall Lane blocked

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6513857.

Drains in front of house blocked and the recent heavy rain water was not taken away and number 7 was flooded and this sewer was flooded and now there are feces and toilet paper all over the street. this area is used by children and also the neighbour at number 6 has no immune system and cannot go out of his house. Serious condition needs street sanitized and drains unblocked.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the photo/s and we can confirm that in accordance with WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 2 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 7 days.
