In front of 34 Helmdon Crescent there is a drain that is blocked and floods over the pathway
Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6515661.
The drain is infront of a pathway the fills up with water and runs down to number 34 and has many times almost flooded into the property

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found) - Thank you for your enquiry. West Northants received approximately 140mm of rain over a short period of time, resulting in severe flash flooding in many areas. The heavy rainfall had the ability to overwhelm the surface water drainage system. If your report is a repeat flooding incident, please could update this enquiry with further information, so that we can investigate. If this is not a repeat incident, we will close the enquiry after 7 days and the highways team will continue to monitor the location

Resident has reported further concern regarding the water leakage outside their property. Resident has spoken to Anglian Water and Anglian Water have informed refusal to fix this issue as is not their land but is council land. Please request further help regarding this concern

Investigation: Completed (Duplicate) - Thank you for your enquiry. We can confirm that we have been made aware of this issue and a works order has been raised on a routine safety inspection. The expected completion date for these works will be 09/12/2024.
