Drain blocked by leaves and rubish

I dit raport that already and no happy with your response we have rain today and drainage not collecting water because of the rubish and leaves inside,why you just don't unblock this?????

  • Investigation: Ongoing - Thank you for your enquiry. West Northants received approximately 140mm of rain over a short period of time, resulting in severe flash flooding in many areas. The heavy rainfall had the ability to overwhelm the surface water drainage system. If your report is a repeat flooding incident, please could update this enquiry with further information, so that we can investigate. If this is not a repeat incident, we will close the enquiry after 7 days and the highways team will continue to monitor the location

  • I dit raport this twice now when you going to send someone to remove all the leaves and rubish from the drainage??? Stop telling me twat we recive 140mm of rain please! If the drainage its clear it will collect the water no problem
