Hi you have a team trying to fix the standing water that was accumulating every time it rained - it took 18 months to do it - 5 workmen turned up Monday to fix and dug in a new drain over 2 days - completely pointless and has missed the point - the new drain you have installed is not level and collect zero water and sludge, it’s 1” too high between the existing drain and the new one you installed (some 5 meters apart) the road you took up is now lower than the drains !….. hence even more water collects and it’s worse - clearly nobody the workmen willing the road did not level it and hence now you have made it worse - please senate to take the bricks up raise the level c 1” so that the water goes into the drains - this was actually the problem and you did not need to waste the time and money to fit a new drain - incredible guys - clearly nobody decided to test post doing all this work / anyone could see the new drain would never work as it’s clearly wrong to the naked eye !.
