Junction Horton Drive and Washle Drive Middleton Cheney, failed road and subsidence

Reported via desktop in the Potholes / Highway Condition category anonymously at 07:52, Thursday 26 September 2024

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6517270.

Junction Horton Drive and Washle Drive Middleton Cheney, failed road and subsidence. What3Words lower.executive.isolated I initially reported to WNC who advised it was a water authority issue, I reported to Anglia Water who advised its Thames Water's responsibility, I reported it to them and they attended and said all their infrastructure under the failed/subsided was in order and there is no issue with collapsed drains etc. That's all well and good but we are left with a failed and subsiding road across the width of the road which is getting deeper. Please could it be repaired and reinstated to its former condition. Please could you communicate directly with Thames, it would be better one authority talking to another than leaving it to residents to have to do.
