100m stretch of road failing - potholes / cracks

Issues have been present for a long period of time and have worsen over the last 9 months. Minor tarmac patch repairs to the concrete road have failed. Large deep cracks in concrete road need filling (temp) but need for new road surface for the front section of Heathfield Way form Mill Lane for approx 100m

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 38 days.

  • Very small patch repairs completed, to a very poor quality. Whole road needs resurfacing. Those repairs completed are poorly detailed. Needs reattendance.

A works order has been raised which you can follow on 6520084 and add updates. The expected completion date for these works will be on or before 29/3/25
