  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the photo/s and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair / investigation to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 38 days.

  • First reported 26th September. On the 2nd October 2024 it was labelled as a priority 4 repair with an average time of 38 days. Has this drain been unblocked? Please provide an update.

  • Investigation: Completed (Duplicate), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. We can confirm that we have been made aware of this issue and a works order has been raised on a routine safety inspection. The expected completion date for these works will be 02/04/2025
