Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6522401.

There is a definite problem with the drain here as every time it floods, there is severe flooding on the road. Patients have to be asked to use different entrance which is inconvenient

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 13 days.

  • This is flooding continuously and creates a danger to pedestrians as the footpath floods leading to pedestrians walking in the road to avoid the flood waters and also vehicles soaking pedestrians they cannot see around the corner!!!

  • The pot holes along this road have become dangerous. Also when it rains this road gets flooded and with the amount of traffic that use this road the spray goes up the outside wall of the dentist.
