Dog waste bin not emptied, now overflowing.

Most of the dog waste bins between Rectory Farm pocket park and Ecton Brook haven't been emptied. This one is particular is now overflowing. This is clearly a public health risk as these paths are used by not only dog walkers, but also families with children. These bins need to be emptied weekly without exception.
