Abandoned trailer contains what looks like asbestos

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6530672.

At this location on grass verge between road and pavement there is an old looking car trailer full of a corrugated substance broken up into pieces. It looks a lot like what used to be on my mother's lean-to roof and had to be removed because it contained asbestos. As it weathers (it has been there at least 9 months) it could be shedding asbestos fibres to the nearby roadside.
