The customer's query and responses (if any) were - hi i have a business in northampton 1 st james park road northampton nn5 5dn. premiere inn. and i am lease holder, the basement of my shop is flooding i put out yesterday but today again is flooding. i contacted alot of agency but not one help me yet even called to fir department. and above the shop is 3 flats and people are also living. could you please help us.thank you

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the flooding has been assessed and requires a Priority 3 response. We will schedule drainage investigation work to be completed within 28 days. When the investigation has been completed, we will inform you of our findings and course of action. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 is 13 days.
