This is the 3rd time Reporting this to West Northamptonshire Council why do you keeping saying does not meet the investigatory level for repair. At what time of the day did you visit the location? Date visited?. Will you be carrying a a permanent repair of all the temporary repairs that you keep doing around this area as I keep reporting pothole after pothole and you say a permanent repair will take place and I get a email from fix my street to say work complete. And I revisit the location to see what looks like bituminous thrown in and never to be repaired probably.
