A lot of water from the development site has been discharging onto Burcote Road and flooding into Besses Lane for a year now, carrying a lot of mud and eroding the grass verges. In cold weather this turns into a dangerous sheet of ice across the road. .

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 13 days.
