You have said no to cutting back vegetation as its is obstructing light from the street This is dangerous Caller has had an attempted break in as it is so dark and now fears for his safety. Caller advised the street lamp used to be outside 58 (his home) and wonders whether you can pout it back where it was please

  • Investigation: Completed (No Action Necessary) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location, and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, this defect does not meet the investigatory levels for a repair. We will continue to monitor the condition as part of our routine highway inspection schedule. Should you notice the defect worsening, please inform us by raising a new Fixmystreet enquiry.
