The pavement here has been getting worse opposite the shop in Silverstone. I have tripped here a couple of times It’s a busy spot as people with mobility scooters and dog walkers are often standing or waiting here. Needs re-tarmac. ASAP.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 13 days.
