There is a fir tree that is in 172 Hazeldene Roads garden but it is hanging over the alley way onto the road leading to the garages it is going to damages cars going x coming from the garages , is there anything we can do as I think it needs cutting back Thanks.

Investigation: Ongoing (Reported to a third party) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner. In accordance with the WNC Network Management Plan, we will contact the landowner and request they cut back their vegetation within 14 days of receipt of our correspondence. We will reinspect the vegetation to ensure they have complied.
