Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6541224.

Due to storm damage, a large 2.5ft deep hole has appeared (no footpath) at the end of the drive. If a cae etc fell in, it would cause a lot of damage The hole is exposing the gas and a service pipe. Possible water drainage pipe has broken and that is what has caused the hole

A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the photo/s and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 13 days.
