Parking on corner

I have attempted to raise this with local community policing, no response, perhaps council can help. There are 2 cars owned by same household, they park on the corner of school street turning left into magpie road. The parking forces cars onto wrong side of road- and we cannot see where we are going! often into oncoming traffic, tractors and horses, or people parked outside village shop. I believe the parking is against highway code because it is - near a junction AND - on a bend
