Drain almost completely blocked

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6544363.

The drain on the corner of back lane/main street, next to the war memorial is completely coated in thick mud and organic matter, which requires clearing in order to function

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 38 days.
