Over grown land not maintained

Have reported this before the damage these saplings are doing to my property. I can or maintain my fence do to the per grown land you own to the side of my property you don’t maintain it if it was my land you would be knocking on my door to sort it the saplings as they grow will start to damage my house . I ask you again please do some thing in my deeds hen we brought the house it states I have the right to have clear access to my property I don’t

I have reported this problem twice now and still nothing is being dun again I ask you to sort this problem the saplings are doing damage to my property I can not maintained my fence I have it in my deeds I have the right to a clear path to do so I can not the roots from the tree growing to the front of my house will do damage to my house please sort this out it’s your land you soon tell people if they leave there council gardens in a mess

Why am I filling this out no one cares not even fix my street spend more time sending out questionnaire out nothing dun let's leave it another 4weeks and send questionair then wait nother 4 weeks. This is what we pay council tax for nothing they don't care about the damage to my property the rubbish that's dumped the dogs fouling the whole of the estate is a mess no one cares now let's just dump furniture car parts garden waste its a case of why should we bother the council don't so no i dont want a remi der i see it every day i go outmy door witha binbagtoclearthe crap left out side my house
