The pictures sent are the drains outside well retreat and the next one down no water can get down either of these drains they are packed solid but this continues down the high street it doesnt look like any of the drains have been cleared in a very long time on a wet day it does cause unnecessary surface water.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 38 days.
