Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6550058.
Blocked drain is causing water to run across road on narrow hill corner which creates high risk of accident to pedestrians and drivers as the weather gets colder. This was highlighted last year and the drain looks clear but is not functioning adequately.
